Is it possible to cancel my order?
We are doing our very best to ship your products as fast as possible. Because of this your products might already be on their way. Reach out on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out.
Victim of fraud - what to do?
Contact us right away on email@example.com to cancel any orders and to follow the case. We also recommend that you contact the proper authorities and your bank to block the card that has been used.
When can I expect to hear back from you?
We do our very best to get back to you as fast as possible. You can expect to hear from us within 48 hours although we strive to give you an even faster reply. During weekends and public holidays, it may take a little longer.
How can I pay
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal.
When I will receive my refund?
Please allow 14 working days after we have received your package for your return to be processed, and an additional 30 days for your bank to transfer the refund to your account. We will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed and the refund is on its way.
Do you ship to my Country?
Yes! We ship to all countries!
How much does shipping cost?
We use Latvijas Pasts and the Latvijas express pasts service for all our deliveries in Europe. For international orders, we use DHL or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page.
Can I track my order?
For standard shipments we do not offer the tracking information.
I haven't received my order
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure we have your correct address. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 3 working days for deliveries within Latvia and up to 5 working days for deliveries within the EU and up to 10 working days for the rest of the world.
How do I return my product?
You can return your order within 14 days of purchase mentioned your order number. We just ask that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We will not accept packages sent to pick up points, so make sure you address the package to the following address: Pashi, Ikšķiles novads, Tīnūžu pagasts, SUDRABI, Latvija, LV5052. If you are returning from outside the EU, please clearly label your package as “Returned Goods”. For more information, please visit our returns page.
